This garage has restored my faith in the car buying process. Before we bought from mayburys, we had bought from another garage, were let down and the car ended up being returned to them as faulty. We were left doubting who we could trust to buy from. We then found a car we liked at Mayburys and the process couldn't have been more different! Nick came out with us on a test drive, detailing the car features as we went, but with absolutely no pressure. Back in the office, he went through the car history, he explained all the checks that had been done on it, he described how they select their cars and what standards they expect and how they try to collect their cars themselves so they can check them out on a run. When we decided to buy, the paperwork was straightforward, everything was sorted for us. Nick also made sure a suitable warranty was available that suited our needs and pocket. The car was serviced and motd before we collected it and he ensured it was of premium quality and spotlessly clean when we collected it. We've had it a week now and it drives like a dream. Once we got the car home, I had a few silly questions about operating the cars technical features that I didn't really understand, but after a quick phonecall they were easily explained, so i knew what i was doing. Having had a bad experience elsewhere, this garage was the complete opposite. They couldn't do enough to help us find what we wanted. I would totally recommend Mayburys and would honestly say they have restored my faith in the motor trade. I love the car we have now and appreciate their honesty and reliability while helping us. Just bought a beautiful Honda from Maybury Motors. First class service all the way from looking, test drive and purchase. What an easy transaction. No pressure, do what they say they will do and above and beyond. Seven months MoT, nope- have a 12 month one advisory free. Small crack in front grill- have a new one available only from Honda. Car so far is brilliant, wife loves it. Only a small dealer but boy do they care. If I ever need another car I'll be back as it is all the little things that add up. Stock is good too.

Though I live in Bristol I travelled to Kettering to buy a niche little Nissan Micra Bose Edition. I reluctantly part exchanged my Mini as the engine is too powerful for my daughter (learner driver). I was reassured that though small, the Nissan has a punchy little engine. It does. It drove like a dream all the way home. No problem reaching my preferred cruising speed/ overtaking/ accelerating and all with a Bose sound system surrounding me.
Could not fault the service from initial communication, to purchase to finally going up to do the part ex.
They even set up my phone on my new Nissan and made sure I knew how to operate every button/ lever before I left. I felt very safe and looked after. In the past I have been handed keys and basically had to find my way around new cars/ vans so this level of customer experience was a joy.

I am always cautious when buying a new car from any dealer (myself and my family have had a few 'issues' previously).

I had 3 cars lined up to view at separate dealers and the Maybury car was the first 1, I immediately felt comfortable dealing with Nick. He explained the car details in a concise manner and there were no pushy sales tactics. The car was exactly as described and I felt that this was the right vehicle and dismissed the other two. The deal was done after a test drive and the car came with a fresh MOT and service plus some fuel (that's never happened to me before)! I part exchanged an 18yr old car with them and felt that the amount Nick offered was very fair.

A completely smooth experience and I will definitely keep an eye on their website for any future vehicles, top class.

Great aftercare. I bought a 13 year old car from Maybury Motor Co. The buying experience was easy - no pushy sales, sensible negotiations and pricing. I had an issue with a sticky brake caliper after a month of ownership (wasn't there when they sold it so just bad luck). I called them last thing on a Friday and they asked when I could come over. Next thing they call ME back on Monday morning to arrange a time suitable - they replaced the brake caliper within 30 mins. Very good. Would heartily recommend.

We viewed the car on the Monday before Lockdown 2, we thought there may be a delay in getting the car due to the Lockdown but Dan worked very swiftly and had the car MOT'D and serviced and ready to collect on the Tuesday, flexibility and service that I doubt a larger dealer would be able to offer.

This was my second time with Maybury Motors. The reason I went back was because the service I received the first time from Daniel was exceptional. I purchased a Nissan Juke which I still have now after 3 years because Maybury sell quality cars at excellent value. The biggest quality though that Maybury have is customer service. There is no hard sell. There is no pressure. You are left on your own to examine the car with no one looking over your shoulder. A lot of companies give you the impression of SELL SELL SELL! and desperate to grab your business but with Maybury the first impression is CUSTOMER CUSTOMER CUSTOMER! Yes they need to sell cars to make a living but they are not prepared to hassle a potential customer to achieve this. My son bought a superb limited edition Vauxhall Corsa and took a very decent price on a part exchange for his previous Corsa. Once again the customer service was excellent. Maybe even better this time than last (sorry Daniel!!). I made an enquiry about the car on a Sunday for a test drive and got an answer within 15 minutes. My son took it for a test drive the next day and Nick left it to him to make a decision. He loved the car and the deal was made with no pressure or hassles. 1 year MOT put on the car and a service and 3 months warranty. Nick also put petrol in the car and sorted out the tax so my son did not have to. This is the way that used car buying should be. When I am in the market to replace my Nissan Juke then I will be back for a third time to Maybury Motors because I know I will get an excellent vehicle with a company who are genuinely determined to make sure their customers are 100% happy with their purchase. I purchased a vehicle from Maybury recently, first purchase of a vehicle in 6 years so I felt slightly out of my depth! However, after researching sellers and potential vehicles on offer, Maybury was my first port of call; all of the positive reviews I've been read were correct, Nick dealt with us and couldn't have been more helpful, he was very knowledgeable on all the vehicles on offer and offered me a very very fair price for my part exchange, very close to what 'we buy any car' and 'auto trader' were offering on the bases of perfect condition.
I was sad to say goodbye to Kevin (My old car) but it is obvious that Eric, (my new car) has been looked after very very well on their premises so have no qualms that Kevin wouldn't get equal treatment.
What I loved about Maybury is that there was no sense of 'pouncing' or 'pushy' coming from the salesmen, literally they were on hand if we needed them, but we have had it in the past where guys would literally jump on you to take advantage. The establishment had a very family feel. (Nick even put up with my stupid questions when on a test drive, asking what certain buttons did)
As fate would have it, we found a car for my brother on the same day, and Nick even did us a deal when trading in two vehicles, taking money off of the overall price (To which we split) It was a pleasure dealing with Maybury and they will definitely be my first port of call next time I'm looking for a new purchase!
