We do not offer or advise on any insurance related products. MayBury Motor Company Ltd does not sell insurance products of any kind, and will therefore offer no advise or recommendations. So that customers are not at a disadvantage in any way we suggest researching products such as GAP / RTI that are avialable on the open market to establish the suitability for a customer's own demands andf needs.
We are not an independant financial advisor and therefore, no advise or recommendation will be made. We will introduce you to a limited number of lenders and finance products to assist you with your vehicle purchase. It is possible we may receive a fee for providing this service. Please ask us for a list of finance products and lenders we use.
By providing us with your personal details, you will be giving us authority to submit a credit apllication on your behalf to our credit providors. We offer all our customers the same finance options, and will only use a subsequent providor at your request or if the initial application to the first credit providor is not successful.
We do not charge a fee for any of the services we offer, including administration fees on sales or transactions. Please be aware that if a customer sources their own finance, some lenders charge their customers a finders fee. These lenders are not on our list of credit providors.
Financial Ombudsman Service
We aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. However if you would like to regsiter a complaint please contact us in writing at: The Directors, Maybury Motor Company Ltd, 3 Kettering Road, Burton Latimer Northants NN15 5LP. If you cannot settle your complaint with us you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge. Time limits to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service may apply.
As per the Consumer Rights Directive customers have a "cooling off" period of 14 days to enact their right to return the vehicle for a full refund. It is Maybury Motor Company Ltd's policy that the vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was provided and returned by the customer to the dealership within 50 miles of the declared mileage on the car from the point a customer takes physical ownership.
Maybury Motor Company Ltd is committed to ensuring the secure handling and storage of personal information you have provided in relation to the purchase or sale of your vehicle. We do not sell data to other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We will collect information via phone, email or in person in order to complete paperwork solely to the sale or purchase of a vehicle and only store relevant documents. We may need to provide that information to approved third parties as it relates exclusively to the contract and after sales correspondance, we can provide further information on these selected companies upon request. You are entitled to amend the personal information that we hold. Please email your written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We securely store personal information in line with GDPR regulations for a maximum of 7 years as required by law for VAT purposes.
